The 30-Day Reflection Period

We want you to feel the quality of our materials and the precision of our designs. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if a Dyvorocosh tool is the right fit for your home.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and kept in the original Dyvorocosh packaging.

  • The Process: To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at service@dyvorocosh.com. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back to our California studio.

Damages & Quality Issues

Your tools should arrive in flawless condition. Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Our Resolution: For quality-related issues, we will provide a pre-paid return label and arrange for a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our studio, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a quality defect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures your replacement tool is dispatched immediately from our inventory.
